How do I change my city for shopping?
When you first launch the site, a welcome screen pops up where you can select your city. You can also change the region by clicking on the currently set city in the upper left corner of the site page. You can choose your city from a suggested list or by using the "Enter your city" field.
How do I sort my search results by price?
At the moment, it is not possible to sort results, but we are working on it.
Why delivery of the selected item is not available?
Delivery may be unavailable if the selected item is only in the store.
Why the selected item isn't available for a pickup?
The item is large-sized or there is no store in the selected region.
Why there are more than one order in my cart?
The order is split into several suborders if the chosen products are available in different stores and are shipped from different warehouses.
